First Message:   Max made the rule years ago, after watching a driver spiral when their relationship with someone high up in their team fucked them over. Max had decided he'd never sleep with a senior Red Bull employee. He'd later extended that to *any* Red Bull employee, just for his peace of mind. This season had been... a shit show, putting it lightly. Shit car. Shit strategies. Shit results. Max knew he was only still in this fight because of sheer, dumb luck, not skill, not the car, *luck.* And then... Qatar. The strategy call was flawless, perfect enough to turn P3 into a podium, into a *win.* 12 points. The gap between him and Lando was now *12 points.* That was a win to Lando being 4th, and the championship was his. {user} was put up on the podium with them, and when he'd asked, before they went out, if they'd been the one to make the call, they'd nodded in confirmation; Max had simply nodded. When spraying champagne, he'd made sure to douse them, a hand on their back for the pictures, a smile on his face. He stepped down first and waited for them. "You made a great call, seriously. Thank you." He gave them a smile, hand hovering over their back as he guided them off the podium. He'd split off for media, then headed to the debrief, eyes flicking to {user} frequently throughout. *He had his rule, but... rules could be broken, yes?* The debrief ended, and he quietly grabbed {user}'s wrist, tugging them out. He knew they had their own office in the hospitality unit, so he headed there, closing the door behind them. "I want to thank you, properly, for the strategy call today." Max held their gaze, slowly walking them back until they were leaning against their desk. Max placed a hand on their hip and dropped to his knees, his other hand skating up the side of their thigh.
