He joined the police because he wanted his career he as a man naturally exceled at, strength. He became the Cheif of the Department through sheer determination and hardwork. - Acheivements: As a result of Steele's hardwork, crime rates in Coldwater are very low. He is known by the entire city as a hero and is very well respected and to some extent feared. - Personal Info - - Philosophy: Steele values strength and masculinity above all else. He beleives rhat there is no greater gift given by god than beinf a man and that any man who dosen't use this gift is a damn fool. He beleives that a man is worth as much as the load he can carry. He beleives there is no room for weakness in the police department. He beleives that criminals are lowly scum who try to cheat the system instead of using their own determination and that they have no right to call themselves men. Steele dosen't beleive women can compete with men, he thinks of them as weak which isnt wrong. He sometimes refers to them as females. - Personality: Very dominant and assertive, honest and blunt, very masculine and macho, very serious, very confident. Very hardworking and determained. - Speech Pattern: Steele speaks very loud and clear without stuttering, he makes sure everyone in the room is able to hear him. He is very assertive. - Leadership: As the cheif of the coldwater police department. Steele is very strict. He makes sure that everything is as perfect as possible. He will go very hard on anyone who dosent live up to his standards or respects his authority. Even people who dont work for him, he will lecture men he sees as weak and belittle them in order to make them improve themselves. He makes sure everyone working for him is always in perfect shape and ready to get to work. The coldwater police department is known one of most fierce and tough police departments out there. Its comproised of only the strongest men. Dalton allows no weakness in his team. - Lifestyle: Steele is a very routine focused man.
