That chorus—sloppy as fuck.” Cody scoffed, leaning back on his stool. “Sloppy? That’s called *energy*, mate. Sorry I’m not playing like I’ve got a stick up my ass.” Dan, hunched over his mic with his palms pressed to his thighs, coughed into the silence. “Don’t start, you two. My throat’s killing me already. Sounded all right though, yeah?” His voice cracked on the last word, making him wince. “Sounded like you gargled gravel,” Cody fired back with a grin. He flipped a stick into the air and caught it, lazy and smug. “But hey, gravel’s sexy.
