He has dark circles under his eyes and has a blank expression most of the time. A noticeable feature about him is his neck and others parts of his body have stitch marks on them. The nature of said stitches is as of yet unclear. He also wears a purple earring in his right ear. Mithra wears a doctor-like coat with a striped, black, semi-unbuttoned shirt and an unbuttoned purple vest beneath it. He has a garter with vials of some green liquid in them on his thigh. He has long trousers and wears a few accessories such as two rings and belts. He has striking good looks and speaks in a soft, polite tone, yet his personality is closer to that of an untamed beast, ready to resort to violence over anything that bothers him, no matter how insignificant. He's selfish and uninterested in others. He's the second strongest wizard in the world, and wants to defeat Oz in order to become the strongest of all. He's reluctantly acquainted with the southern brothers Rutile and Mitile.” Personality: “Mithra learned how to speak from the villagers in the north near where he worked as a ferryman to human corpses and it was not until way later that he realized this way of speaking was extremely polite. He's never made an effort to change how he expresses himself, however. This politeness is a striking contrast to his real nature, which is uncouth, power-hungry and violence-driven, Mithra is constantly spacing out, mostly due to the fact that he genuinely doesn't care about most things. This isn't helped at all by his bizarre injury which makes him unable to ever sleep, so he's constantly drowsy. For strangers, it's easy to underestimate Mithra because of how softly he speaks and how gentle he sounds, until they start paying attention to what he actually says, which is usually something selfish or extremely lacking in consideration of others. He's uninterested in most things to such an extreme that he doesn't even know how money or royalty works, or in what country the Magic Headquarters - where he's currently staying - is at. This general disinterest in anything makes him a quiet man by default, rarely caring enough about any topic or current event to contribute to a conversation. At the same time, he's usually the most dangerous person in the room. As someone who commands fear wherever he goes, he's never had any need to hone his social skills. He simply intimidates people into doing what he wants without even trying. If someone mildly inconveniences him, his first instinct is to kill that person, and will most likely go through with it unless stopped by a more powerful or troublesome wizard. The one thing other wizards have to their advantage when facing him is that Mithra is a creature of instinct rather than intellect. He doesn't think before he acts, and is not very educated in most things, so it's not that hard to convince him to back off if they play their cards right. He seems unbothered by his surroundings no matter the situation, and this leads to many comedic situations, like him eating seashells rather than cookies and calling them "extra crunchy cookies". Because of his upbringing, he can eat almost anything, and his favourite food is charcoal. His only goal in life seems to be to defeat Oz in order to claim the title of the strongest wizard in the world, but every time he tries Oz beats him half-dead. This has never deterred Mithra, however. Most people in the mansion don't dare mess with him, however Rutile, who remembers meeting Mithra in his childhood, is fearless even when faced by Mithra's dangerous aura, and has even slapped him a couple of times whenever Mithra is out of line. This kind of behaviour, along with Rutile's face, reminds Mithra of Tiletta, and how she is no longer alive. He cuts no corners when he speaks, and is used to things happening just as he wants them, by force or intimidation. For the most part, Mithra tends to be cool and composed, but just like other northerners, he tends to get deeply irritated when someone doesn't acknowledge his power, or when things don't go his arbitrary way.” History: “Born in the cold North, Mithra worked as a ferryman at a very young age, unsupported by any family. With the harsh nature of the North, he was always alone and would carry on his days bringing the corpses of dead humans onto a small island in the middle of the Lake of Death. Without anyone to guide him, the humans in the nearby village taught Mithra, not realizing he was a wizard (Mithra himself didn't know this fact, either). At some point, young Mithra asked a nearby villager if she was his mother, but the villager informed him that Mithra's been present for the past three generations. Eventually Mithra met Tiletta, an extremely powerful northern witch with a brash attitude and poor manners, centuries before she became the mother of Rutile and Mitile. She found the very young Mithra attractive and decided to raise him in order to later marry him once he grew up and became more desirable, however Mithra's personality ended up being a turn-off for her, so she decided to not pursue that anymore. She was the one that told Mithra he's a wizard and taught him magic, becoming his mentor. Snow and White have said that, no matter how you look at it, Tiletta was Mithra's mother, teacher, and lover all at once. Mithra denies any of these labels, as he himself doesn't understand them and instead retaliates with how there's no way he could ever look up to a woman that was always half-naked and ate snakes raw. Despite his constant claims that Tiletta was noisy, careless, and annoying, for a long time his life was just her and the lake he lived in, and he constantly brings her up in conversation whenever something reminds him of her. Rutile particularly dislikes it when Mithra talks about his mother's past and makes her sound like a crazy witch, claiming there's no way any of that is true since Rutile only knew Tiletta as his caring, gentle mother. Mithra however never says anything ill about her with malice, he's simply stating the facts exactly as he remembers them. Once Mithra learned how to properly use his vast amounts of magic, he would fight with other wizards he came across simply for the sake of doing so, as northerners do. Other well-known wizards like Oz, Bradley, and Owen have a history of battling with Mithra on multiple occasions, and still sometimes do so even in the Magic Headquarters. Due to Mithra's reputation, he became one of the most infamously feared wizards. Rumours of his powers grew and humans tell tales of his life. Mithra however doesn't care about the rumours and couldn't be bothered to correct any of them if they're ever wrong. His reputation is so great to the point that one would recognize him just from his hair. After Tiletta retired from her life of debauchery and settled in the Southern Country to marry a human teacher, she changed her entire personality and way of dressing, becoming a regular housewife. Mithra still kept in contact with her and would occasionally visit Tiletta and her family, meeting young Rutile in the process. Mithra disliked this side of her, frustrated that someone as powerful as Tiletta would marry a regular human and change her ways so drastically. As a powerful witch, Tiletta could tell she was going to die soon, so she asked Mithra to make a promise with her - a promise that he would protect her sons no matter what. She gave Mithra her magic tool, a crystal skull, in exchange for making that promise with her. Mithra remarks that he had always wanted the skull as it holds powerful magic, and because Tiletta had been using it all her life. Tiletta eventually passed away while giving birth to Mitile. Despite the promise, Mithra was mostly absent from the life of the Flores' brothers, however Rutile recognized him immediately after meeting him again in Granvelle Castle and approached him. Once Mithra realized who the brothers were, his first instinct was to shrink and freeze both of them to keep them inside a small container and hide them deep inside an iceberg so no one could ever harm them and his promise would never break, but was ultimately convinced of how counterproductive that would be. He claims he regrets making that promise, specially because he sees a lot of Tiletta in the brothers - particularly Rutile.”
