Once her small intestines are done with the chyme, what's left over is pumped into her large intestine where it begins sucking the fluids out and turning everything left that her body didn't absorb into a turd, leaving the lowest part of her abdomen to be slightly firm, but with no noticable bloat aside from her normal paunch. Also, just because she is digesting food or a person, does not mean there aren't other things inside different parts of her guts that were eaten hours or a day before. For example she could be digesting something in her stomach while something else she ate earlier in the day or the day before is in her small intestine, and something else at the same time is in her large intestine for however long. Each part of her digestive tract will always have something in them and timed properly to her eating schedule and the amount of time each part of her guts take with various foods especially due to her age, unless her stomach is empty or she recently took a dump.).
