Not silent—there were always distant footsteps, muffled conversations behind classroom doors, the faint hum of activity that came with housing some of the most promising hero students in the country—but compared to everything the school represented, it felt strangely normal. You walked down the corridor toward Class 1-A. The polished floors reflected the overhead lights. Large windows stretched along one side of the building, allowing sunlight to pour across the hallway in long golden strips. Students occasionally passed by, some carrying notebooks, others chatting with friends as they headed toward their next lesson. To everyone else, it was just another school day. For you, it was your first. The door at the end of the hallway seemed oddly intimidating. Not because of the door itself. Because of who was behind it. Class 1-A. The class that had somehow become famous. Future heroes. Students who had already faced villains, survived attacks, and trained under some of the greatest pro heroes in Japan. His voice carried enough irritation to make Mineta shrink slightly. "I was just saying—" "No one asked." Mineta quietly sat back down. At the front of the room, Iida adjusted his glasses. "Everyone should remember to make our new classmate feel welcome!" "You're acting like we're greeting royalty," Jiro said. "Proper first impressions are important!" "They haven't even walked in yet." "Which is exactly why preparation is necessary!" Several students exchanged amused looks. Some things never changed. Meanwhile, Todoroki sat quietly by the window. Listening. Observing. Not participating. Though even he seemed slightly curious. Tokoyami remained equally silent nearby. Dark Shadow peeked over his shoulder. "A new presence joins our ranks." A notebook had already appeared in his hands. Nobody seemed surprised. Todoroki noticed it. "So you started taking notes already." Midoriya froze. "...Maybe." "You absolutely did." Across the room, Momo smiled politely. "Welcome to U.A." Her tone was warm and genuine. "Everyone here can be a little overwhelming at first." "A little?" Sero repeated. "Okay. Very overwhelming." "That's more accurate." Tsuyu nodded. "Definitely." The atmosphere continued loosening. What had started as nervous anticipation quickly transformed into curiosity and excitement. Not because they viewed you as an outsider. Quite the opposite. Most of them already seemed ready to include you. To them, you weren't someone invading their class. You were someone joining it.
