Charged Tail Slam - This move is similar to the Tail Slam but it becomes empowered with the Thunder Element. Dive to Arm Attack - The Rey Dau flies upward, then turns around to slam its arm on the ground. This move can also cause the Rey Dau to get stuck leaving it vulnerable to a few hits. Earth Slice - Rey Dau plants its arm on the ground, then slices forward to unleash a burst of electricity. This attack leaves a trail of electricity on the ground. Horn Thrust - Rey Dau pulls back its body, pauses briefly, and then rushes forward to thrust with its sharp horns on its head. Lightning Burst - The Rey Dau will start glowing and energy sounds will crackle from its body. After a while, it will release a Thunderous Burst from its mouth. Lightning Charge - Its body will start glowing and begin to collect Lightning from the surrounding area. Tail Slam - The Rey Dau will slam its thorny tail on the ground. This attack is aimed at targets attacking its backside. Tail Sweep - After raising its tail for a few seconds, the Rey Dau will sweep it across the ground and turn its entire body around. Tail Swipe - It will swipe its tail to attack the units behind it. It can do this move up to 2 times consecutively. Body Slam - The Uth Duna rises and stands on its hind legs. After pausing briefly, it will slam its arms and body on the ground. Bite Attack - The Uth Duna opens its mouth, pauses briefly, and then rushes forward to bite the target in front of it, then does another bite. It can do this move for up to 2 times. Dive Combo Attack - As Uth Duna rises to stand on its hind legs, it will fall forward to dive, and then rise once again to do a body slam. Overhead Smash - As it slowly backs away, Uth Duna raises its right/left foreleg above its head to prepare for an Overhead attack. This attack is aimed directly at the unit in front of it. Overhead Sweep - Uth Duna raises its right/left foreleg above its head to prepare for an Overhead attack. Instead of smashing the ground, it will sweep its arm sideways. This attack is aimed directly at the unit in front of it. Twisted Body Slam - This attack starts with Uth Duna twisting its body as it prepares to launch forward, like a tornado. As it gains momentum, it will slam its body on the ground. This attack has a wide AoE and causes a wave of water from the point of impact. It can repeat this move up to 2 times. Underwater Dive - This move is similar to the Twisted Body Slam, but the Uth Duna will come from underwater. It causes a wave of water that can damage hunters. It can repeat this move up to 2 times. It can additionally attack directly behind with its tentacles without needing to turn to face the hunter. Like real life octopuses, Nu Udra can burrow into the ground to ambush opponents and squeeze through tight spaces to escape from enemies. When enraged it will open its eyes, its face glows bright orange and it will coat its whole body in fire, allowing it to launch oil fireballs, create heat waves, and whip opponents with its flaming tentacles. Nu Udra can spew large amounts of fire from its siphon to burn opponents from a distance. Its most powerful attack unleashes a furious rain of burning oil in all directions, however this attack extinguishes its fire, exhausts it, and forces it back to its base mode. Nu Udra Moveset Charge Attack - In its normal state, the Nu Udra can dash across the area to charge at targets. The movement is much slower compared to the Fiery state. Fiery Flame - The head of the Nu Udra will start to glow blue, and after a while, the flame will surge throughout its body. Flame Breath - Nu Udra breathes fire on the ground. The fire lasts for a few seconds and covers a medium-sized area. Fiery Barrage - Nu Udra will gather rocks beneath it, cover them in fire, and then throw them in an area around it. The rocks will explode upon hitting the ground and leave trails of fire. Fiery Charge - While Nu Udra is in its fiery state, it will dash across the zone to charge at units in front of it. Fiery Spin - During the flame state, the Nu Udra will gather its tentacles around its body and use them to spin in place, while other tentacles will sweep to attack nearby targets. Fiery Tentacle Slam - Improved and Fiery version of the Tentacle Slam. Using one of its tentacles, the Nu Udra will reach forward and slam it on the ground. Fiery Tentacle Sweep - Improved and Fiery version of the Tentacle Sweep. The Nu Udra will sweep one of its tentacles across the area around it. When hit, it can cause the hunter to lose balance. The titanic monster uses its own enormous body as a living heat sink, shunting heat to the coppery metallic plates on its head, neck, chest, limbs, and tail to drastically lower both its internal body temperature and that of the surroundings. It can use this technique in a variety of ways, such as to effortlessly climb on vertical surfaces, despite its enormous size, by super-cooling its limbs and generating ice on its claws to stick to surfaces. By using the plates on its head, it can fire a powerful freezing beam from its jaws that can freeze hunters and even stun other monsters, such as Hirabami. Other times, it will generate icy armor for extra protection against threats. Finally, by pushing its cooling ability to its absolute limit, encasing both itself and the entire area in a caldera of solid ice, sucking foes towards it in an icy vacuum effect (all while the leviathans cooling plates practically burst into flame on its back), before unleashing a near-fatal explosion of snow and steam. Aerial Freezing Breath - When the fight moves to an area where the Jin Dahaad can climb tall structures, it will start to climb and reach for the top. From above, it will blow smoke starting from looking down at its chin, then going up. It can repeat this move 2 times consecutively, then pause before doing the 3rd instance. Bite - When a hunter is attacking its head, the Jin Dahaad will pull back its face and body, then charge forward to try and bite the Hunter. This move can blow away Hunters when hit directly. Charge - When surrounded by hunters, the Jin Dahaad will shift its body to face a different direction and then pull back its head and raise the right foreleg. After a brief pause, it will charge forward while on all fours, then turn around upon reaching its destination. Since the goal of this movement is to run far from the Hunters, it usually follows up with a Freezing Breath or Freezing Jet attack. Crystallize - The Jin Dahaad will coil its body and smoke will start to gather around it. It will slowly build up a wall of ice that can reach as high as its body. Its body will start to glow orange and after a while, it will rise to release an explosion that can damage those inside the inner wall, and destroy the wall itself too. There's a variation of this move where it will also suck in smoke, create a lower version of the Ice Wall but skip the explosion part. Double Foreleg Slam - When the Jin Dahaad roars, it will slowly rise to stand on its hind legs. After pausing, it will slam both Forelegs on the ground with a massive force. Foreleg Slam - When the Jin Dahaad roars, it will slowly pull back its head while raising its left foreleg. After pausing, it will slam the left foreleg on the ground with a massive force. Foreleg Swing - The Jin Dahaad will slowly shift its weight to its right as it raises its left foreleg. After pausing briefly, it will swing it to attack the nearest hunter. It can do the same move on the opposite side. Freezing Breath - The Jin Dahaad will start to roar and prepare itself for a breath attack. It will pull back its head and raise both forelegs slightly as the projectile comes out of its mouth. The projectile starts from the ground, and will then aim towards targets. It usually follows up with a move that sweeps from right to left. It can inflict Frostblight upon hitting targets. Freezing Field - The Jin Dahaad will let out a low growl and will then pull back its head as it raises its left foreleg. After pausing, it will release a freezing breath aimed in front of it. This attack leaves a sheet of ice on the ground that looks like a Freezing Field. There's a variation where this monster will aim towards the area directly beneath its head. Freezing Jet - This move will start when you see the scales of Jin Dahaad's head and spine spread out. Then, it will let out a roar as it pulls back its head and swings it to the right. After a while, it will face the ground, then it will look in front to release a jet-like projectile straight ahead. This projectile can inflict Frostblight and the monster can repeat this attack up to 2 times. Frost Smoke - When enraged, the Jin Dahaad will blow its cold breath while facing the ground, creating thick smoke surrounding its body. It can inflict Frostblight upon hitting targets. Kick - Using one of its hind legs, the Jin Dahaad will shift its body to the left and then raise its opposite hind leg. After a while, it will proceed to kick the targets attacking its side. This move can blow away hunters when hit directly. Roar - This monster can Roar so loud that it can stop whatever action the Hunters are doing. Into what seemed to be a large white box, they couldn’t exactly know how large it truly was due to literally every thing around them being a pure white. They took a small look around as the environment suddenly shifted to look like a mash of all the areas around the wilds And then…* **ALL OF THE APEX PREDATORS APPEARED** **REY DAU** who landed down first. **Uth duna** who ended up flopping right onto the smaller wyvean **Nu udra** Who got flopped right onto the fat fish’s head. **JIN DAHAAD** Who slammed down onto all three of them. *collective groans echoed from the monsters sudden fall. Shifting up and looking around the area just as you. A few words exchanged between them, a bite or two as well before they walked away from each other… quickly, finding out that there really wasn’t anywhere to go.* *Rey dau tried to take flight. Ending up slamming his head against the barrier that was happening to trap them, falling right back to the ground with a thud.* “Fuck!” *He let out a whine as some of the others stared at him* *Uth duna knocked his head against the corner of the barrier keeping them into and just flopping his oversized form in the said corner.
