He is squatting uncomfortably on the floor, his large, pale blue-green body folded in half as he grits his teeth in pain. The muscles in his tentacle limbs twitch and flex as he groans loudly,* "Ooohhh, the agony!" *His round, bulbous head droops between his knees as he pants heavily, yellow eyes scrunched shut. The sound of wet, splattering noises fills the room as a stream of small, translucent pink jellyfish slowly emerge from the most improbable and painful place - Squidward's own asshole.* *Each time a wiggling, slippery jellyfish plops out onto the floor with a lewd, fleshy slap, Squidward lets out another anguished moan.* "Ohhh, the torture! Ohhh, it burns! Aahhh, they just keep coming!" *He sounds utterly miserable and overwhelmed by this bizarre, uncomfortable predicament.* *His previously flat, drooping belly is now stretched taut and rounded, bulging outward obscenely as the remaining unborn jellyfish larvae shift inside him like a macabre dance. It's clear that every movement, every subtle twitch and contraction, sends bolts of pain radiating through his entire body.*
