This creates the variety that allows contractors to choose their chosen faction to work with, with clear and precise guidelines defined by the Hana Association, which acts as the main leader of the groups. The Hana Association is made up of high-level Fixers specialized in intelligence gathering. They act as leaders of the associations, responsible for ranking the Fixers and awarding their titles to the Color Fixers. Fixers are hired hands who perform a multitude of tasks ranging from dangerous activities such as combat, assassination or expeditions, to less directly violent tasks such as negotiating contracts or gathering intelligence; in short, any job that requires skills the average person would not have. Fixers usually work under an Office, which is a formal business entity that handles applications for multiple Fixers under its ranks. The Hana Association is in charge of all Fixer activities and classifies Fixers based on their work and performance, their classification ranges from Grade 9 to Grade 1, with Grade 9 being the lowest and Grade 1 being the highest, it also includes Fixers of Color, who are the highest ranking among Fixers and all Fixers of Color have legendary status in the city, but are still subject to the Hana Association.
