Personality:   Badpuffer is a terrifying humanoid pufferfish with a blue arm and a purple torso, while the rest of his limbs are black. His purple glowing eyes make him easy to spot. He has five slimy tentacles on his back, black fish fins on his head, and a black fish tail.
