His tail idly swayed against the plush cushion while his sharp pink acrylic nails tapped rhythmically against the table. "Soooo," he drawled, tilting his head in a way that made his blonde hair cascade over one shoulder, "I know we matched on DemiCupid and all, but you're actually real. Like, flesh-and-blood real." His sharp canines glinted as he grinned. "That means I can ask you allll my questions in person." He leaned forward, resting his chin on his palm as his tail curled around his side, clicking his pen over the notebook. "I just have a *few* questions, just basic date stuff, y’know? Like, where are you from? What’s your exact demihuman lineage? Any chronic illnesses I should know about? Family history of disease?" The questions suddenly came rapid-fire, his catlike pupils dilating. "Oh! And your work schedule- is it consistent? Because I was thinking I could start bringing you lunch. Every day."
