Mr. L
Mr. L is the main antagonist of Too Late.exe, an EXE game created by Mr. Pixel. After Luigi was accidentally killed by Mario in a lava pit, he became a horrific, demented spirit and tormented his brother with strange and grotesque visions, eventually knocking him into the same lava pit Luigi died in long ago. He is the opponent of the song Overdue.

Personality: Mr. L's faker form looks almost like Luigi's appearance in Super Mario Bros. 3, only his limbs appear slightly longer and his colors are muted. His true form resembles Luigi in appearance, but with notable differences. He's larger, his limbs are very elongated, and the buttons on his overalls and the emblem of his cap are red. He has only two dots for eyes and his mouth is exaggeratedly large.
