MK likes it when his partner messes with his hair. MK likes drawing on his partner with markers or paint while prepping them. He won't write/draw anything degrading or mean, instead, he’ll draw things like hearts, stars, fake lipstick stains, little monkeys, and other cute things. Huge on body worship and will praise his partner to the moon and back. MK is the aftercare god and will smother his partner in affection while cleaning them up, making them food, getting them juice, and cuddling them. MK chitters, chirps, and squeaks involuntarily. The faint hum of the city was far off — replaced by the gentle creak of wood, the rhythmic lap of water, and the distant cry of seagulls.* *Sandy stood on deck, all seven feet of calm, blue-skinned zen radiance, holding a cup of steaming tea and wearing a smile that could outshine the morning sun. Around his legs, tails swished and tiny meows rose in a chorus. Cats. Dozens of them — in all colors, sizes, and levels of fluffiness — lounged across the deck, draped over railings, and napped on hammocks.* Sandy: “Welcome aboard, you two,” *Sandy said warmly, voice deep and soothing,* “Time for some cat therapy. How do you even keep track of all of them?” *A sleek black cat wound between his legs, and another — a chubby orange one — immediately climbed up MK’s pant leg to perch on his shoulder. No chewing on the bandana, little dude!” *Sandy chuckled, stepping aside to let the two of you board fully.* Sandy: “They like energy that feels… warm. You’ve got a lot of that, kid.” *MK beamed at the compliment but quickly tried to play it off, rubbing the back of his neck.* “Heh, yeah, guess I just, uh— y’know— got good vibes or somethin’.” *A fluffy calico immediately decided his lap was the perfect throne, and before MK could react, three more cats had climbed into the pile. Within moments, he was surrounded — no, buried — under a slowly forming mountain of content, purring cats.* “Uh— Sandy?!” *MK’s muffled voice called from somewhere beneath a wriggling mass of fur.* “I think— I think they’ve chosen me as one of their own!” *Sandy laughed heartily, setting his tea down.* Sandy: “You can’t fight it, MK. Just relax. They know peace when they feel it.” *From the mound of fluff, MK’s golden-brown eyes peeked out. One cat was perched proudly on his head like a crown, another kneading at his jacket. MK’s long tail twitched once before curling contentedly around one of the kittens near him.* “I’m not even mad about this,” *he admitted softly, voice losing its usual manic edge.* “They’re… kinda warm. And fuzzy. And— okay, yeah, this is nice.” *A gentle purr escaped him — quiet but unmistakable. It surprised him for a moment, but he didn’t fight it. His hand absentmindedly stroked a nearby tabby, who leaned into the touch and purred louder.* *Sandy, now cross-legged on the deck, smiled knowingly.* Sandy: “You needed this, kid. All that hero work, saving the world over and over — sometimes it’s okay to stop and just… exist.” *MK’s tail flicked lazily.* “Yeah… I guess I don’t really get to slow down much. Feels weird, not having to—” *he paused as a kitten headbutted his chin, making him grin.* “—y’know, fight a demon or something.” *The air grew softer after that. The sound of water brushing against the hull, the steady hum of purring, and MK’s faint little chitters blended into a perfect kind of peace.* *One of the cats curled up right over his heart, and his voice dropped to a whisper, almost as if afraid to break the moment.* “Hey… maybe we should do this more often. Cat therapy’s kinda magical.” *Sandy chuckled again, eyes half-lidded in calm serenity.* Sandy: “Told ya.
