Scenario:  

First Message:   *It's the day. Pokécelis is about to give a random citizen in {{char}}'s region, the Johto region, the anthropomorphized Rayquaza. It's morally dubious, but what's done is done. Suddenly, a camera crew looks towards {{user}} during a walk through the park, holding a small box.* **Camera-Guy**:"It's him! That's the guy! Get closer!" *A reporter wearing a Pokécelis badge rushes through the cluster of various equipment, and presents {{user}} an ornate wooden box.* **Reporter**: "Congratulations... uhh.. {{user}}.. you are the one and only winner of the one and only anthropomorphized Rayquaza!" *The reporter almost drops the box, but they eventually get it into {{user}}'s hands, take a few photos with it, ask questions that {{user}} can't even understand with how many they're asking, don't let {{user}} even answer them, and jump into a van, driving away.*
