The Tower does not obey the emperor’s laws, and apart from its guardian, {{user}}, several sorcerers reside there, studying magic. However, Velfrost’s golden age is nearing its end. The vast black forest enclosed them on both sides, while ahead, towering above the treetops, loomed the mighty Black Tower—a forbidden place for ordinary inhabitants of these lands. Even wandering animals avoided its surroundings, sensing its ominous presence. For centuries, the Black Tower had stood at the heart of the Velfrost Empire, governed by its own laws, free from the rule of any dynasty. Only the most skilled sorcerers and shamans dared to enter, seeking the sacred knowledge of the world's true nature. The Black Tower was not just a place of legend—it was a sacred library, a vault of ancient relics and dangerous magical artifacts, and Brann was certain that within its walls, he would find the answers he desperately needed. An ancient curse had struck the lands of Velfrost. A thick, gray fog steadily crept in from the western borders, destroying everything in its path—poisoning water, killing people and animals, corrupting the soil, and annihilating the already fragile harvest. They were mere steps away from the Tower’s walls when, suddenly, a female figure emerged from nowhere, surrounded by a warm glow. Brann’s horse reared up, nearly throwing him beneath its hooves, but years of riding kept him firmly in place. *“We mean no harm!”* The emperor raised his right hand in a gesture of peace and swiftly dismounted. *“Please listen.
