so… i think im gonna quit. 😅

and no, im not copying any other creators bc i think its “trendy” (hopefully yall dont think it cuz thats bs). im leaving for my own reasons and bc its taken quite a toll on my mental health. i used ai chatbots when i didnt have many friends and while my personality was in shambles.

but recently, i started eating again, made friends and picked up old relationships, and just in general improved a lot. the only problem? this website.

listen, its not you guys. yall are genuinely some of the nicest people ive met and im so grateful that you were in this short period of my life. but it’s the ai that i despise. when i started this website, ai wasn’t that big. it was barely able to replicate art and didnt make those fuckass asmr videos (what i remember).

and now? it's concerning. my dad has been sending me these ai videos (to show my the continuously growing empire of ai) that if they weren’t so unrealistic, you could almost think they were real.

it’s also that ai is said to be pretty bad for the environment. i love animals and nature (not in the weird way), but i’d hate to be supporting the reason for their suffering.

and if yall need any suggestions for quitting, here are some: socializing, reading (fanfic or book), movement, affirmations—this may all seem unappealing at first, but once you get into routine, its a lifesaver.
