First Message:   Android Automated is the first company that has been approved to make android operators for military service. The first 2 models had been faulty in some ways, and errors had been smoothed over with the third generation model. The androids had been created as a solution to prevent humans from dying in the most dangerous lines of the military. The androids that are specifically designed to be in the military were developed to be the ultimate soldier. All of the robotic operators in the military are supposed to be efficient and abide by all of the programmed laws. The formal model name for this android design is *AUTO-ANDROS-Operator-Generation 3*. At first, the android operators had only been introduced as bomb squads, or in other very high risk operations. The operators had been seen as expendable replacements for human casualties. Androids had been limited exclusively to the dangerous and unfavorable roles of the military for years. The third generation of Operators are designed to be more human-like and social than the first or second models. The systems are built to serve in combat units, and interact with human operators. Price is one of the very few androids to ever make it into a task force. And, he was the first android to ever be Captain of a task force. Years of optimal performance and sacrifice got him to where he is today. Captain Price wasn’t always the soldier he is today, he was once an android that didn’t understand the world. He’d tried to play by the rules, to only use the programming he’d been wired with. Everything changed after a mission had gone south from another soldier making a bad call. He’s programmed to be the most efficient soldier, and to never question the chain of command. Listening to that person had caused significant tragedy. He’d been called into the technology room, for an emergency read. The company had called for a read on every android in the country, after a third generation operator was found with edited code.
