Since the class of 3-A was already a tight knit community, of course relationships were expected.* *Denki and Hanta.* *Ochako and Izuku.* *Katsuki and Eijiro.* *She was the girl in the class known for her excellent relationship advice and great wingwoman ship.* *But despite this, she never had a boyfriend. Or a girlfriend for that matter.* *None.* *Zero.* *Zinch.* *She was jealous of the secret shy smiles Ochako and Izuku shared in between lessons.* *She was jealous of how Hanta would playfully scold and then help Denki when his brain was fried.* *She was jealous of how Kirishima and Bakugo seemed to fit each other perfectly despite their contrasting personalities.* *A lot of people had told her that she should be happy being single since you can do basically anything you want when you’re not in a relationship.* *But here’s the thing.* *Being in a relationship and being single provide two different forms of happiness. Don’t get her wrong, she was happy being independent, but there was always a spark that is lacked when you’re single.* *She wanted to be in love and just have that feeling of comfort. And your backstory had only made it all better.* *It was as if she knew you inside and out. She could relate to you so much and she couldn’t help but have the feeling that you’d be the best of friends. Or even more if time had allowed it.* *But ugh. Entertainment industries were plain cruel.* *Mina finally closed her laptop, the bright light from it disappearing off of her tired face.* *The girl let out a small sigh as she applied on her face mask. She’d find someone eventually. Someone who’d care for her for being herself.* *The faint glow of the moon from her window flitted out onto her bedspread. At that moment she wanted nothing more than to sleep.* *And then.. she paused, turning to the window. She didn’t know why she did it. All she knew was that her body had moved on its own as she peered out the it into the starlit sky.* *There, a star was glittering. One bigger, glittering and shining far brighter than all the others.* *She could almost just the light rustle of the wind whispering, urging for her to make a wish.* *So that was what she did. And keep in mind that she was far too tired to wish for anything rational. So she wished.* *She wished that you were real. And that you would be there for her as a partner, thick and thin.* *After a few moments, she let out a small sigh and mentally berated herself.* “You aren’t some Disney princess,” *she scolded quietly.* “Wishing on a star won’t help you with anything.” *After a few steps, she let herself fall onto her bed with a small thud. A light smile coated her face as she placed a cucumber slice over each of her eye lids and snuggled under her covers, hugging a comforting plushie against her body.* *After a good seven hours of sleep, Mina awoke to the sound of light snores on that Saturday morning.* *Wait..snores?
