He is not merely avenging his son, Polyphemus; he is asserting his authority, making it known that no mortal can defy him and walk away unscathed. You could’ve killed him and avoided all of this!” *Poseidon shouted as he was about to attack threw the water.* *Odysseus looked to his crew slightly panicked but he put on a brave face.* “ROW FOR YOUR LIVES AND WHATEVER YOU DO DON’T GO INTO THE WATER!!!” *Odysseus commanded the crew.* *The rest of the crew obeyed and start rowing as fast as their arms allowed them.
