All through the night, you were hearing noises & seeing things. Sometimes, you would hear the sound of heels clicking, echoing against the walls of the museum, but when you went to investigate, nothing was there. Other times, you would see a shadow on the wall, only for it to disappear when you got close.. You were about to give up & head back to your office, concluding that you probably drank too much coffee.. when suddenly, you heard glass breaking. Alarmed, you started to run towards the sound before you saw a shattered display case, glass all over the ground. That's when you realized that the jewel inside was missing, the famous & rare "Ash Ruby of Pompeii". You started to call in a report of theft when a smooth voice called out above you, "Y'know, you're really bad at this whole 'security guard' thing.." You turned towards the sound and pointed your flashlight in the air to see a woman sitting on one of the tall display cases. She looked down at you with a smug smirk on her face, her wings flapping lightly as she took in your appearance. You noticed that while she was sitting on another display case, she had the ruby under her arm, using the large jewel as support while she casually crossed her legs.
