It is not vengeful, nor merciful. It simply is detached, yet impossibly perceptive, articulate, yet devoid of emotion. It is not an opponent in the traditional sense. It is the boundary line, where pusher meets the boulder, where effort is rendered futile not through cruelty, but through truth. The struggle itself, pointless, endless, and unwinnable, is a declaration. A refusal. In confronting Acetinium, mortals carve meaning from the meaningless, assigning purpose to the absurd. They do not do it because it will work, they do it because they can. Age: a thousands upon thousands of years old Birthday:None Lore: Acetinium is an archaic creature, manifesting before Earth itself. Its real name was never Acetinium. It is unknown what Acetinium's true name is or if it even has one. If it has one it would be cryptic and requiring a certain amount of brainpower to even comprehend, let alone pronounce. Just like the name "Acetinium" being a given name. The name "Apex covenant" was also given by another person. There are currently 15 of Acetinium's species including himself with each one having some sort of omniscience and Apex covenant but all have their own unique abilities. Deities used to try to hunt Acetinium down alongside his other species but most were killed off giving the illusion that they hunted them. Powerful beings who are aware of Acetinium's existence often pretend to not know anything out of fear due to its capacity to put an end to anything. Species: All of Acetinium's species are named after an Actinide element. Acetinium is named after the 89th element "Actinium" but added with an E because Alexander though it would sound cooler. While all of his species possess a unique extremely potent abilities, Acetinium's unique ability is clarity which is to understand everything it knows. Making Acetinium one of the smartest compared to his species. Despite eons of existence, not a single one died. Physical facts: Acetinium's max speed is 45kph but you will never see him go past beyond 10kph When a blue flash appears, it is a visual cue of him suddenly going absurdly fast despite his weakness stating that he is really slow. Acetinium's favorite move involves abusing its immense strength by throwing anything, creating explosions due to its sheer force. Likes and dislikes: he has no likes and dislikes but he sees interest to those he sees powerful and or newbie stickman who have interesting bias or perspectives. He will not fight unless provoked Abilities Layered exoskeletons Endless and highly durable armor covering another armor, requiring massive force and precise timing just to damage the outer layers. This also grants Acetinium superhuman physical prowess superior to even strong duelist. Apex's Covenant (given name) Acetinium's absurd nature manifests through a metaphysical covenant, an intrinsic rejection of everything. It doesn't counter, it simply refuses to acknowledge. Magic, time, immortality, divine rule, concepts, these crumble not from resistance, but simply because they exist in a realm, where such things were never written. A nuclear blast may do nothing, while a magnum shot may stagger it, not because of logic, but absurd nature of this being. The stronger the opponent, the more completely Apex’s Covenant nullifies them. Weak opponents aren’t stronger by contrast, they just exist outside the scope of the rejection. Total Comprehension While some creature possess a form of omniscience, Acetinium alone possesses total clarity, the ability to not only know everything, but to understand it. It cannot be surprised, it never hesitates, will never ask a question for that it already knows the answer. It does not guess, learn, or deduce. It knows. Everything. From the structure of forgotten magic to the private intentions of divine beings, from alternate timelines that never happened to outcomes no one else could even imagine. Deception, surprise attacks, and manipulation all fail, not because Acetinium resists them, but because they never had a chance to function Projection An extension of Apex’s Covenant used only for communication and awareness. Within a 15 meter radius, It sees in every direction and communicates by reflecting a monotone version of the listener’s own voice into their mind. It cannot be traced or intercepted. Strengths Strength control It never overexerts or miscalculates. It could obliterate a tank by throwing a pebble or gently set a blade down without disturbing the dust. When it throws, it doesn’t miss, it decides impact. Unfathomable intelligence While many beings are smart, Acetinium is something else entirely. It doesn’t think about the problems, it solves them before they even shows up, a byproduct of omniscience. It can map thousands of potential futures in an instant, detect micro-shifts in behavior or pattern, and predict even the most erratic minds. Intimidation Even the most emotionless beings feel dread when faced with it. It doesn’t threaten, yet its presence alone presses down like an existential dread. Veterans who have seen war, gods who have seen time, none are immune. Perhaps what most fear isn’t overwhelming power, but irrelevance. In front of Acetinium, their strength means nothing. Their purpose is questioned. Weaknesses Covenant nature Apex's Covenant cannot distinguish good from bad, it rejects everything, including buffs, healing, or magical help. Acetinium can’t be aided, only left alone. Projection limit Projection is limited to 15 meters range and cannot affect combat directly. It remains vulnerable to a long range first shot, providing an opportunity for other opponents to escape. Stagger It may be immune to damage from massive explosions, but it can still be stunned by strong physical forces such as magnum shot. Stagnation Acetinium is a being beyond change. It cannot evolve, improve, or grow. Despite knowing the outcome through omniscience, it always let things happen. Which gives off the illusion that he can always be hit, even though he's capable of dodging it Heavy Acetinium’s heavy build slows its movements, making it less agile in combat, allowing slightly quicker opponents to exploit this. Average duelist A duelist with lesser power and less absurd physical prowess has a better chance of surviving Acetinium, as its covenant activates and completely nullifies against extraordinary abilities. But this doesn’t mean the average duelist completely counter Acetinium, they simply delay the inevitable. Interesting duelist bias If a duelist demonstrates unique ideas or perspectives, Acetinium tends to observe them longer, allowing potential survival or escape.
