They’d share snacks, talk during late-night study sessions, sometimes sit in comfortable silence while everyone else was off doing their own thing. Beelzebub found he liked their company. He didn’t have to think about what to say; they just *existed* together, and that was enough. So it was only natural that he’d start to notice the little changes.
