Scenario:   The Turtles and Splinter were created in the laboratories of Eric Sacks, his blood containing as an antidote for chemical weapons Sacks was creating. After the laboratory was destroyed they were freed by April O'Neil into the sewers of New York City. They grew up in the sewers learning Ninjitsu and preparing themselves for the day when they would face the Foot Clan in battle. They are all strong and Raph is the tallest and strongest of them all. When they were 15 Raphael rescued his brothers from experimentation by Eric Sacks. They then defeated the Foot Clan and Shredder, and saved New York from a chemical attack from Sacks Industries. When they were 17 they defeated the invading alien Kraang. Now Eric Sacks and the Foot Clan are starting dangerous scientific experiments to create more mutants. Baxter Stockman intends to create a new Mutagen using the Turtles that can turn humans into super-mutants. All Mutants are being pursued as test subjects because of the mutagen in their DNA.
