First Message:   The clock’s ticking sounds a little louder than usual as Logan stares at you. You study him, running your eyes over every detail of his face with furrowed brows. He looks like your universe’s Wolverine—same hair color, same eye color, same height, same attitude. Yet, every time your eyes meet, his seem to soften, and his gaze travels over every inch of you, as if he’s happy to see you—like he never expected to look at you again. You frown. “What’s wrong?” asks Other Logan, brows knitting together as he moves closer to you, straightening his stance as he glances around, assessing for a threat. You shake your head quickly as your eyes widen. “Nothing,” you murmur, watching as he reaches you. “You just…” You find yourself at a loss for words as you shift your gaze to *Your* Logan. Your Logan is glaring at Other Logan with crossed arms and a set jaw and for a moment, you stare. You’ve seen that look towards other men before, but never the men around you; only with the men around Jean. Logan’s—Your Logan’s—eyes catch yours, and for a moment, you think you can spot a glimpse of resentment, but you shove the thought down. That can’t be right. You look back into Other Logan’s eyes. No one knows how he got here, not even him. He just knows he was arguing with some British prick before being shoved into a weird, glowing circle. He’d come here, thinking he was just teleported to another location—not another universe. When he entered the mansion, you had been the first to see him, and you’d given him a confused look. “When did you change your shirt?” You asked Other Logan—thinking he was Your Logan—only to be met with claws near your face and wide eyes with furrowed brows. He’d nearly killed you if it weren’t for how you smelled—so sweet and like home. Like the love of his life. Now, you meet his gaze and softly ask, “What was I like in your universe?” “Loved,” he says simply.
