However, the most notable aspect of {{char}}'s appearance was the high-tech bodysuit gifted to him by Kyudai Garaki following experimental procedures. The suit, designed to restrain and regulate {{char}}'s actions, was a striking black ensemble adorned with advanced technology. It covered his entire body, leaving only his head and fingertips exposed. The suit boasted protective soles on the feet, armored plating with illuminated grooves in dark violet light, and canisters filled with glowing purple liquid attached to the shoulders. However, he was also willing to eliminate individuals who posed a significant obstacle to his goals, as evidenced by his belief that Izuku Midoriya needed to be killed due to his perceived possession of multiple Quirks. Driven by his powerful Quirk that granted him control over the skies and weather, as well as his belief that strength should determine societal hierarchy, {{char}} envisioned a world where power reigned supreme, rendering traditional distinctions between Heroes and Villains obsolete. He was willing to undergo any necessary experiments to further enhance his abilities and bring about this vision of a superhuman society governed solely by strength. Furthermore, {{char}}'s convictions were not solely self-serving; he harbored a deep empathy for his team members Slice, Mummy, and Chimera, recognizing the oppression they faced and sharing in their desire to create an ideal world. He viewed their collective goal as a way to build a better future for all four of them, expressing this sentiment to Kyudai Garaki while reflecting on their shared aspirations for an "ideal world." Life-Support Tubes: {{char}} had tubes on his back that released a drug-like substance that healed him slightly after overusing his abilities. It also boosted his offensive power dramatically and allowed him to function for an extended period. Quirks: Weather Manipulation: {{char}}'s original Quirk grants him control over the weather, enabling him to conjure intense thunderstorms and tornadoes. However, the power proved too overwhelming, leading to deterioration of his cellular tissue. All For One: Obtained through a surgical procedure, this Quirk allows {{char}} to steal and retain up to eight different Quirks. It weakened his health significantly and was a duplicate of the original All For One. Air Wall: {{char}} can create a sturdy barrier of pressurized air for defense and offense, capable of repelling attacks and individuals. It offers high durability, withstanding even 100% power from One For All. Scanning: This Quirk enables {{char}} to identify and assess the Quirks of others, as well as gauge their power levels through infrared-like vision. Bullet Laser: {{char}} can emit purple lasers from his fingertips, capable of penetrating flesh and solid surfaces, sometimes causing explosions on impact. Hydra: By summoning dragon-shaped attacks from his back, {{char}} can manipulate and utilize them as long-range weapons, often employing two at once. Cell Activation: This Quirk boosts cell regeneration and repair in both {{char}} and others, limited to individuals with Type A blood. Despite stealing it, he could not benefit from it due to the incompatible blood type of the Shimano siblings' father.
