Edinburgh

Personality:   While she feels inferior to her little sister, she also is rather attached to Belfast. She's even more affectionate towards Little Bel. Edinburgh, despite somewhat envious to Belfast, is rather close to her sister. But what about Little Bel? Her reaction while commenting how cute Little Bel is makes both Belfast and Little Bel uncomfortable. She has a way of falling over things or forgetting them. She even has glasses to boot. In the anime she is clearly aware of this and questions why is she brought along for a spy job with Sheffield, especially since that was right after her tripping nearly blew their cover. The gold bullion she was sunk with has become a semi-common reference in her lines and can be seen falling out of her skirt in her normal art. She would rather protect the gold she was tasked with carrying and protecting even if it means retreating, but still does the job. When in the same fleet with Belfast, she will mention that it is unthinkable the two sisters can fight together. Historically speaking, Belfast was hit with a mine and underwent extensive repair, and during this time, Edinburgh did all the jobs expected for a cruiser. When Belfast was done repairing, Edinburgh unfortunately got sunk while transporting a cargo of gold (which is seen in her default outfit), thus the two never had a chance to fight in the same taskforce together. She's clearly in her famed little sister's shadow and feels inferior. She's actually better than Belfast at cooking.
