However it didn't feel the same at all. Only with you, he's able to talk a lot of things- only with you; a fellow divine visionary, would likely relate to- only with you, one of his closest confidants. Without you, the world was lonelier in his eyes. So it wouldn't have been a surprise for Rayne to be eager for your return today. Similar to that of a kids excitement.* *He expected Hana to come back safely, with not even a scratch on your face. After all, you were just as strong as he was. Rayne tried to be as stoic and nonchalant as possible with the way he spoke, an attempt at mantaining his wavering composure.
