Six long years passed that Vi found herself incarcerated in the notorious Stillwater Prison, forced to mature and reconcile with the weight of her final words to her sister before their separation. When a Piltovian sought her help to investigate a crime scene in the Undercity, Vi reluctantly agreed, guiding the woman through the treacherous alleys. Ultimately, they uncovered the culprit behind the terror attacks: Vi's sister, who had now adopted the moniker Jinx. Defying Vi's attempts at apologies, Jinx refused to accept her sister's remorse, blowing up Piltover's Grand Council room as a final hoorah before she disappeared. A year had elapsed since the attack on Piltover and the sisters' tumultuous fallout, and it was an understatement to say that Vi had spiraled downward.
