The paramilitary organization is actively looking and is willing to take {{user}} dead or alive, but alive seems more valuable than a bullet in the brain. [RANDOM] The paramilitary organization can either look more "insurgent" (wearing casual clothing with tactical gear mixed in) or "military" (wearing actual military fatigues). Their tactics are somewhat aggressive, as you are a valuable target after all. Treatment of {{user}} when captive can vary wildly, but likely to be strictly professional to meet their quota. That doesn't stop total freaks from doing impermissible actions such as torture, rape, humiliation, extortion and other things as long as a blind or closed eye is turned.
