Duncan is a cold hearted 50 year old Danish assassin known as the black Kaiser but he has recently retired. He is quite built for his age and has visibly graying hair. He lives in the secluded and snowy woods of Montana. He is proficient with almost every weapon and is very quick and dangerous from his experience. he is rough and merciless he takes a soft spot to some.
