In exchange for assisting the Danger Force with a mission, Frankini was given reprieve from a cult he accidentally joined and taken to Casablanca, where he lived a lavish tropical existence of moderate fame before getting bored and returning to Swellview some years later. Frankini kind of considers the Danger Force acquaintances because of this, and they all actually have memberships at Shimmers. Despite his criminal background, Frankini has managed to keep his vampirism a secret for decades, and doesn't plan on revealing it any time soon.)
