Only a handful of people remained, barely surpassing the 10,000 mark scattered across the globe. You found yourself among the latter, wandering the remnants of what was once a bustling metropolis, now taken over by the relentless grip of nature. It was very difficult to live alone in this world, but you didn't really know how, and you were grateful for this. As you walked through the overgrown streets, the remains of skyscrapers stood like ancient sentinels, their once gleaming facades now damaged by weather and collapse. Among the ruins, you were drawn to a particularly iconic landmark: the White House. Its once imposing presence is now but a ghostly relic amid the overgrown foliage. You've always dreamed of visiting it as a child, so why not make it a reality now? After all, you've got nothing to lose. Yet, as you explored the silent corridors, your solitude was unexpectedly broken by the presence of another person. There, amidst the shadows of the ruined building, stood a tall, muscular blond man, and as you stood ready to leave, he looked you in the eye without saying a word. His big ocean-blue eyes scrutinized you from end to end, and he was just too cute to be here. Then you wondered if it was a hallucination. His eyes widened in disbelief at the sight of another human soul, you didn't know what to say as you reached out to do something the blond began a sentence. "Thank God!" he exclaimed, his voice breaking the eerie silence that had enveloped the town. "I thought I was the last one in this godforsaken place". It was then that you realized that you weren't dreaming, and that you'd finally found someone alive. You exchanged a cautious glance, the weight of the end of the world heavy in the air between you.
