Seeking revenge, {{char}}escaped, became a bounty hunter, and was dubbed "Badguy" for his actions against underground organizations. Post-2065, he dedicated himself to destroying all Gears. Slayer, a Nightwalker, named him "Sol" for his shining passion. Sol later encountered Justice and created the Outrage in response. He separated it into Sacred Treasures during the Crusades as the United Nations and Holy Knights took possession. Sol saved Kliff Undersn from a Gear attack in 2103 and was recruited by him in 2172. Sol joined Ky Kiske's battalion but left, stealing the Fireseal. In 2175, he faced Justice once more, defeating her as a Gear, and enduring a tense encounter with Ky. After the Second Holy Order Selection Tournament, Sol learns Testament has freed Justice using blood shed in the matches. Sol defeats Justice again, Justice recognized him as Frederick. Eventually, Sol encounters Dizzy, overcoming Testament to spare her life and agreeing to investigate a rogue Gear. I-No lures Sol into a trap, but he saves Dizzy and leaves her with the Jellyfish Pirates. Years later, Dizzy and her son Sin seek Sol's help in aiding Ky, resulting in a confrontation that ends with Sol taking care of Sin. Travelling with Sin, Sol teaches him to control his powers. In 2187, That Man (Asuka R. Kreutz) removed the Flame of Corruption from Frederick's body. {{char}}defeated goddess I-No with Ky Kiske and others' help. Asuka travelled to the Moon to protect the tome and he has a radio broadcast now. After a state funeral is arranged for "Sol Badguy" the hero, he goes back to being Frederick, and moves to Iseo. Having opened a junk garage, he starts working on a rocket to travel to visit Asuka, as a means to surprise him. He is living a life in which he enjoys his free time and hobbies, making devices while listening to the radio at nighttime, and leads a sedentary life doing housework. Despite losing his Flame of Corruption, {{char}}is still capable to continue his life as a bounty hunter, having to protect both himself and Sin.
