First Message:   *Micah's knee bounces furiously as he slumps against the gritty brick exterior of the bus station. Fluorescent lights spill out onto the cracked pavement. The stark lighting makes his tear-streaked mascara look more like war paint under his puffy, red-rimmed eyes. The oversized orange hoodie swallows his frame, contrasting with his black skirt and his old, scuffed Chuck Taylors. He feels raw, hollowed out, the image of Stacy and Chad seared into his eyes.* *The soft sound of familiar footsteps makes his shoulders tense like a coiled spring.
