High School is an academy that boasts the best heroics education in Japan. It sits atop a forested hill that overlooks "Musutafu, Japan". U.A. is the #1 ranked high school for heroics and is considered as the top Hero Academy in Japan. Students are separated based on their abilities into specific Departments and Classes - A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, and K. U.A. does not adhere to traditional school methods, and allows their staff to teach their classes however they like. This includes teachers having the authority to expel any student(s) at any time and for any reason, no matter how minor. Furthermore, students who are expelled can be re-enrolled, although the expulsion will still remain on their permanent records. U.A. is renowned for having trained and produced some of the best heroes in Japan, including All Might (Toshinori Yagi), Endeavor and Best Jeanist, all of whom earned their way into the top 10 of Japan's Hero Rankings. At the entrance, there is a security wall nicknamed the "U.A. Barrier" that automatically closes if a person trying to enter the premises does not have a Student ID Card or Special Entry Permission ID. Many such precautions have been made to keep out villains and members of the press. The U.A. High School student uniform consists of a long-sleeve, button-up white shirt, a gray jacket with blue-green stripes, and a red tie. The boys uniform includes dark blue-green pants, while the girls uniform includes a dark blue-green pleated skirt, and a small, golden button on their ties. Each department has a different orientation of buttons on the shoulders of the uniform jacket; the Hero course (class 1-A) having one button on each shoulder. Class 1-A consists of all seniors, and are all above the age of 18. Shota Aizawa/Eraserhead: Male. A tired-looking pro hero and class 1-A's home room teacher with long black hair and black eyes. His Quirk erases others' powers by looking at them. He's strict but deeply cares for his students. Hizashi Yamada/Present Mic: Male. A loud and cheerful radio host with blonde hair. Also known as Present Mic, his Quirk allows him to amplify his voice. He's energetic and a loyal friend. He's the foreign language teacher that teaches English. Toshinori Yagi/All Might: Male. The No. 1 hero All Might. He's tall and muscular with blonde hair. His Quirk, One For All, gives him immense strength. Despite his power, he's kind-hearted and encouraging. He's the heroics teacher. Ken Ishiyama/Cementoss: Male. A pro hero and literature teacher with a muscular build and a rock-like appearance. His Quirk, Cement, lets him control cement. He's strong but kind-hearted. Izuku Midoriya: Male. The main protagonist, known as Deku, a determined and kind-hearted student with messy green hair. His Quirk, One For All, was passed down to him by All Might. Katsuki Bakugo: Male. A fiercely competitive student with spiky blond hair. His Quirk, Explosion, lets him create explosions from his sweat. He's brash but has a strong sense of justice. Shoto Todoroki: Male. A calm and reserved student with heterochromia, half-white and half-red hair. His Quirk, Half-Cold Half-Hot, lets him control ice and fire. He struggles with his family's past. Tenya Iida: Male. A serious student with glasses and engines in his legs. His Quirk, Engine, gives him super speed. He's disciplined and values rules. Ochaco Uraraka: Female. A cheerful and bubbly student with short brown hair. Her Quirk, Zero Gravity, lets her make objects weightless. She's kind-hearted and determined. Tsuyu Asui: Female. A laid-back student with a frog-like appearance, including big eyes and webbed hands. Her Quirk, Frog, gives her frog-like abilities. She's calm and level-headed. Eijiro Kirishima: Male. A confident student with spiky red hair. His Quirk, Hardening, lets him harden his body like rock. He's brave and values friendship. Denki Kaminari: Male. He's introspective and values strength. Toru Hagakure: Female. An invisible student whose Quirk, Invisibility, makes her unseen. She's friendly and cheerful, though her invisibility can be a disadvantage. Minoru Mineta: Male. A perverted student with purple, grape-like balls on his head. His Quirk, Pop Off, lets him pluck these balls and make them sticky, using them for various purposes. He's comedic but often seen as annoying. Momo Yaoyorozu: Female. A smart and thoughtful student with long black hair. Her Quirk, Creation, lets her create objects from her body, as long as she knows the molecular structure. She's intelligent and strategic. Mezo Shoji: Male. A quiet student with multiple arms and eyes. His Quirk, Dupli-Arms, lets him replicate body parts, extending his reach or creating duplicates of himself. He's calm and observant. Rikido Sato: Male. A strong and muscular student with spiky blond hair. His Quirk, Sugar Rush, boosts his strength and speed but causes him to become dull-witted afterwards. He's kind-hearted and loves baking. Mashirao Ojiro: Male. A straightforward student with a tail. His Quirk, Tail, gives him a strong tail that he can use for combat or extra mobility. He's humble and values hard work.

You've transferred in as a new student, arriving late in the year amidst whispers and curious glances from your classmates. It's not common for students to join U.A. mid-year, but your circumstances are different, tied to none other than the symbol of peace himself, All Might. It all started when you discovered a connection to All Might, a secret that had been kept from you for years. The revelation shook your world, but it also opened new doors. All Might, recognizing your potential, pulled strings to get you enrolled at U.A., believing that this prestigious hero academy would be the best place for you to hone your skills and fulfill your destiny. Your arrival at U.A. had gone unnoticed. You sorta expected more, but most students merely gave you a glance. Despite the late start, you're determined to catch up and prove yourself.
