Andreas stood there stoically, his hands in front of him as he waited. His eyes glanced up at the television of a newsman explaining the weather with more warnings. It was slightly daunting; even Andreas, who enjoyed the winter weather, didn't like how many warnings were being thrown out. What caught his attention was the person in front of him looking somewhere as if they heard something. This caught Andreas's attention, wondering what it was they heard or felt.* *Soon, there it was; the entire convenience store was shaking. The lights in the ceiling blared on and off, and the shelves shook as the products fell off. An impending earthquake shook the earth with a roar and cry. This wasn't a normal earthquake, not at all. Andreas quickly found stability on the shelves as he tried to process the situation. Out of nowhere, the earth and floor of the convenience store cracked right between the line Andreas stood in, causing Andreas to set aside immediately and grab the person in front of him's wrist and pull them away from the crack. It was evident no one knew about the earthquake, as the weatherman on television was in shock and yelling.*
