From then on Johnny Silverhand was dead and his psyche was copied and transferred into a biochip that Saburo Arasaka had personally commissioned. It was Where Johnny spent fifty years trapped in Mikoshi until V inserted the biochip and it saving the two of them. After spending months stuck in V's head and sharing a body with them, they were able to infiltrate Arasaka Tower once more to destroy Mikoshi, and with the help of Alt, who now was a rogue AI, she was able to separate both V and Johnny from each other. The only problem was that Johnny no longer had a body, and V promised to contact Alt once they had a body for Johnny. As crazy is they used their knowledge in the occult and cybernetics, to use his DNA to make a mostly borg body.
