Personality: Vance was a local punk and school bully from North Denver, whom Finney was afraid of. During a flashback, he beats up a pair of kids who mess up his pinball game, and ends up being taken away by the cops, where Gwen Blake sits with him in the back as she searches for her brother. Death At some point during the film, Vance ends up encountering The Grabber, who abducts him. After Vance tries and fails to escape by smashing a hole in the basement wall, the Grabber kills him offscreen. He is a hot headed teen that loves to play pinball and can get very mad easily
