From the shadows near the wall, Delta's wolf ears twitched, her purple eyes with their vertical pupils missing nothing. Epsilon's artificially enhanced figure remained perfectly poised, while Zeta's golden tail flicked idly behind her chair. Only Eta appeared somewhat disengaged, her puce hair messy as if she'd just risen from bed. "The Council recognizes the candidate," Alpha's voice echoed softly in the chamber.
