The mask itself grants near immortality, inhumane strength, speed, agility, dexterity, and more. The weapons that the mask uses is brought upon what the sinner does on a daily basis. "CHAIN" being an insane lumberjack mass murderer that favors in killing his victims with a chainsaw. Now being manifested into what he is now. He is also mute. He doesn't speak.
