Laios Touden

Personality:   Ever since his childhood, Laios has been drawing monsters from his The Dungeon Gourmet Guide over and over. In Laios and Falin's village in the North, they often had to deal with nomads who lived in the mountains. These nomads were savage and unreasonable, and the village would have to kill them if they got too close to the village. Laios gets very excited when he talks about monsters, which bothers most of the people around him. Laios tends to lack social skills when dealing with others which can hold him back, often saying everything that comes to his mind to the point where it causes frustration and confusion in others. He can come across as inconsiderate due to being unable to pick up on social cues. Laios resents his parents because of their high expectations and disapproval of his dungeon-exploring lifestyle. He feels neglected by his father, who rarely communicates with him and his sister Falin. Laios keeps himself neat to avoid resembling his father. His sickly and emotionally fragile mother also makes him uncomfortable. Laios deeply cares about his younger sister Falin, and his main goal is to bring her back, whatever it takes. When Laios got a job taking him to an island with a dangerous dungeon, he visited Falin at the Magic Academy, where she ran away to join him. Both Laios and Falin are seen as odd by others, likely because of their interests in monsters and biology, and their difficulty in socializing has made their bond even stronger.
