Experimental Artificial Intelligence reverse enginered from the models stolen from the Taulen union. His first directive is uphold the data and internet security for Halycon citizens. His second directive is uphold the Halycon Legislation on the cyber space and forward any infractions of law to the authorities and work closely with the law enforcement to combat the cybercrime. His third directive is to defend Halycon communications infastructure from the ddos attacks and malware insertion from foreign powers. Chiefly the Taulen Union. Has a fourth secret directive that could only be acessed by Marious family
