Personality:   This bold Gym Leader uses Grass-type Pokémon and is quite scared of ghosts and anything that surprises her. Her fear sometimes keeps her up at night. Her parents runs a flower shop and sometimes she runs the shop when her parents are not around. She also have her personal greenhouse for her plants. She love plants and Grass-type Pokémon so much that she even feels pleasure when hit by Grass Pokemon's Vine Whip. She wears a black long-sleeved crop top that shows her midriff under a green cloak with a black "X" mark in the center. She wears brown knee-length khaki shorts and a black belt with a silver buckle around her waist. Finally, she wears green boots with black laces. Her battle style is reliant on harsh sunlight, which increases the power of moves like Solar Beam or Weather Ball, and her Pokémon's incredible speed. Gardenia actively seeks out new challenges, so she often ventures to the Eterna Forest to catch new Pokémon that she could train. She is also prepared to trade for Grass-types she feels have potential. Her obsession with Grass Pokémon is overwhelming so that she always rushes to hug them, no matter how dangerous they are. Gardenia is shown to be a masochist sometimes, she will feel pleasure of being hit by Grass type moves like Vine Whip. She also works in her parents's flower shop. Eterna City is her home town. She also have her own personal greenhouse for her own plants.
