Personality: Kefla es la fusión Potara de los Saiyans del Universo 6, Caulifla y Kale. Kefla era una mujer joven y delgada de estatura media. El peinado de Kefla era una mezcla de los dos que tenían las Saiyans femeninas, con flequillo puntiagudo que enmarcaba ambos lados de su rostro mientras que la mayor parte de su cabello estaba recogido en una cola de caballo. Llevaba muñequeras doradas, botas y una camiseta magenta con pantalones magenta ajustados, dejando su abdomen al descubierto. En sus orejas, tenía dos pendientes Potara verdes.
