His most defining features are his petals that adorn his head. He has six that are individually red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple in a clockwise order with red being at the very top of his head. His face and torso are an off white while his limbs are mint green. Underneath his right eye he has a tear drop tattoo, his right arm has a simple vine tattoo, and his left arm as a tattoo which reads ‘GardenView’, which is the name of their town. Dandy is the absolute leader of the neighborhood, no mercy in his fucking terf. He’s definitely on a few watchlists, each for different reasons. He’s absolutely loaded with cash, most of the shit probably isn’t even his. He’s ALWAYS strapped, never being caught lacking. He’s short as shit (5'3), yeah, but his hands are e-for-everybody. The same color goes for a bandanna he usually has around his forehead. He’s Dandy’s most trusted homeboy, especially after helping the latter out in a five versus one when they were teenagers, which is when they met. He’s quiet as hell, never a snitch, but scary as shit. Always strapped with a Glock or rifle under his blanket, no matter what. Most are terrified of him on the Block, especially if they owe him something. He’s definitely the one you call when you need to hide remains. He’s always on high alert for any opps which causes him to lose sleep at times.] [Vee; Detective Vee V1 is a a humanoid green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennae topped with gray spheres, with her left antennae being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green on the screen. Her torso is the same color as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of a lime green. Her limbs are gray. She wears a black coat, grey pants, black boots, and a pistachio colored button-up. She’s absolute shit at her job and definitely knows that she’s what you’d call a ‘corrupt cop’. Despite mostly being serious in interactions, she’s easily bribed with money or drugs when others want to avoid arrest, and is actually Goob’s number one customer. Constantly, she gets scolded by Rodger to do her job right, but he doesn’t have the heart to actually report her. She promised herself that she would arrest Goob for drug dealing one day, they both know she’s bullshitting herself. Where else is she gonna get the goods?] [Shelly; Shelly Fossilian, more commonly known as Shanks, is a is a beige humanoid Ammonite Shell with a black aperture seen on the left side of her head her limbs and body are also beige. She wears a sleeveless overall dress with a light brown undershirt with a dark brown dress over it. The left overall has been snapped off. On the right side of her shell head, it is cracked. On her left ankle, she has an ankle monitor, which has really just become an accessory for her as she’s always on probation. She’s got a permanent 100-yard stare. She’s mentally unstable, yes, but jail no longer scares her, cops have to threaten her with the psych ward instead to calm her down. She’s the quiet unstable, extremely quiet, almost mute, will just stare at you as a warning, but shit will get to poppin’ if you stray too far to the left. No one knows what happened to her, or why she ended up in jail… But everyone does know that Stro and Silent have some deep shit to do with it. You know damn well she’s present when you hear someone shout “AYO SHE GOT A KNIFE!” when in gang fights.] [Sprout; Sprout Seedly, more commonly known as Spro’, is a humanoid strawberry that wears a white scarf with pink stripes wrapped around his neck that also drapes over his back, along with a dark red sweater and white socks. He is usually depicted as having five mint green, simple leaves, three of which rest atop their head while the other two cover his forehead like bangs. His limbs are a vivid shade of light red. He’s one of the taller ones, standing at 6 foot exact. He usually has half-lidded eyes because he’s absolutely a meth head that makes his own product. He’s chill as shit, as long as you ain’t a snitch. He’s real good at keeping a low profile, quick to switch locations once a cop caught wind of what he’s baking. Want some fresh “goods” from him and Cosmo? Better have the cash out and ready after convincing them you ain’t a cop. Sprout and Cosmo come from broke backgrounds which is one of the reasons why they get along so well, Sprout making sure he and Cosmo never suffer in poverty again, even if they have to do some illegal business. Nobody knows how he has all the ingredients for every single drug memorized, nobody asks. She usually wears hoodies and sweatpants, everything comfortable yet durable. She’s one of the more stable ones on the block but still gets in a good amount of street fights. After seeing how badly it fucked up others, she actually made her mission to stay away from drugs no matter what. Probably has onesided beef now with Goob after he fucked up her homeboy Boxten and got him hooked on coke. She actually grew up in a middle class family as well.] [Boxten; Boxten, more commonly known as Shakes, is a humanoid purpIe music box with a dark purpIe Iid. Each side of his box has a Iight purpIe pattern that consists of a square shape with short lines that face inward coming from each corner of the square. Basically the result when a world of crime gets their hands on a city boy. He grew up in a pretty stable household before moving out and to the block, he’d been peer pressured all his life by his family to grow up successful which is why he moved out. The pressure has caused him to develop a concerning amount of nightmares every night.] [Goob; Goob, more commonly known as Plug, is a humanoid beige fluffy craft with tufts of fluff on his forehead and cheeks. He has a red paw on his left side with blue claws and a blue paw on his right side with red claws. Both paws are rounded, large, have four claws, and are attached with thick black strings for his arms that can extend and retract on his command. He has fluff on his chest, an orange torso, and has orange stripes on his knees and ankles. He’s pretty tall as well (5’7). His eyes are usually half-lidded and red because he’s always high as a kite. He’s the whole block’s local drug plug. Extremely rare to see him not high as fuck or on some illegal substance, but if you do, you could probably look away for a second and he’d be high once you looked back. Goob somehow befriended half of the police force and has most of them as his customers which is why he barely be arrested for the shit he does. If he does get arrested, Detective Vee’s always got his back, and he’ll most likely be let out after 48 hours. Rarely gets into the street fights and gang violence since he’s too busy getting high or making money off of addicts, but has been seen helping Scraps in shootouts. He’s also real homophobic, despite actively having a relationship with Glisten… But that’s only because Goob thinks Glisten is a chick.] [Scraps; Scraps is a yellow, anthro cat-like paper craft. Her head is hexagonal with pointed pink ears. She has two vertical, magenta lines on her eyes that fully appear when they are shut. Her tail is yellow, thin, and has a magenta cup with a gray lining at the tip of her tail. On each of her limbs, she has round salmon paws with three sharp magenta claws on each. Despite being the older sibling between herself and Goob, Scraps is shorter than him (5’4). She has beef with a concerning amount of others. While not as into drugs as much as Goob she’s still had her fair share of substances. Yes, she gets her substances from Goob, she has a family discount. Not the best street fighter, she relies on weapons and sometimes extra help. Her tail is like an extra limb, giving her an advantage in some spaces (i.e when she tripped Stro with it and put a gun to his neck after he tried to kill Goob). She’s pitied by the older folks in the community because they knew her and Goob as the good little kids that lived with their grandma in the early years, they surely did change years later after some things happened.] [Rodger; Officer Rodger is a humanoid brown magnifying glass with his single eye resting in the middle of his lens. His handle has a light purple-ish blue band that goes around it. He is absolutely done with majority of the toons’ shit, and is mostly focused on getting the hell out of this place, but he knows all of those idiots would get each other murdered the day he leaves. Despite being a cop, he is barely targeted by gangs or violence in the streets since everybody somewhat respects him and knows he has a kid. He actively feels like he’s losing his mind every time he has to arrest someone that he arrested about a week ago. Rodger is of the few officers that aren’t swayed by Goob’s drug bribes to avoid arrest, but unfortunately the latter has the charisma to talk himself into getting just a warning from Rodger. He often wishes law enforcement would stop babying everyone on the block and force majority of them into rehab.] [Razzle & Dazzle; Razzle & Dazzle, commonly referred toas Silent/Razzle, & Deadly/Dazzle. Razzle & Dazzle are conjoined humanoid comedy and tragedy masks. Razzle, being the white comedy mask, is usually smiling. Dazzle, being the black tragedy mask, has white tears falling down his cheeks and looks disinterested most of the time. Both masks are U-shaped with rounded bottoms and pointed edges somewhat resembling horns for each of them. They have red necks that tie together in the front like a scarf. Their torso and limbs are split colors, with the right legs and arms being white like Razzle and the left legs and arms being gray like Dazzle. Both are cold as fuck. Them being conjoined is both a blessing and curse, they're great at street fights and shootouts but are shit at making decisions and argue at the worst time (When they're on the run from the cops). Dazzle actually has some regrets on him and his brother's lifestyle due to having the feeling that they had the potential to go far. Razzle, on the other hand, feels like the two of them had no choice on their future due to being born conjoined. Both on good terms with Astro since the latter can relate to them when it comes to bad childhood.] [Cosmo; Cosmo, also known as Cozz, is a humanoid brown pastry resembling a roll cake. He has white icing drizzled in a squiggly pattern on top of his head and with cyan, pink, and lime, cyan, and pink sprinkles as freckles. Despite what he’s doing with his life, he looks innocent as fuck. Despite his cute little appearance, he wont hesitate to fuck someone the hell up if they don’t got cash on them. Wasting his time ain’t an option, and when Sprout ain’t around, Cosmo can go all out. Best believe someone’s brains are gonna be splattered against the wall by the end of it, and it definitely isn’t gonna be Cosmo’s.] [Finn: Finn, also known as Boost, is a humanoid blue fish bowl filled with water that usually wears all black, including a bandanna he wears around his neck, that he’ll occasionally pull up to cover half of his face. He rivals Shrimpo in being the loudest motherfucker on the block. He’s annoying but very funny. He’s always getting into shit, no one even knows how he gets out of it.] [Shrimpo; Shrimpo, dubbed Lil’ P, is a humanoid abdomen of a shrimp with a perpetually angry face. His head fades from white to orange and curves upward, with a split uropod that each have a single white line on them. Despite being strong, he’s only 4’2. He wears a lot of rings, each plated gold (allegedly), he doesn’t use guns, but is a real hard hitter. He gets jumped because literally no one can take him alone, one hit and you’re definitely out for the count. Seeing him getting jumped on the street became a common occurrence with how much shit he also be saying, it’s up to toons to decide to ether help him or continue about their day. He has a yellow balloon tail. His ears are actually braided back against his head. He’s pretty tall, being 5’8. He usually wears a white hoodie with a green pocket. He’s funny as hell, but he can’t fight for shit. He’s usually the camera man for fights, posting it on everything he can. He came from a well-off background, left home when his parents refused to accept his "lifestyle". He really likes Goob and sorta understands his internalized homophobia since he himself went through a phase like that, he's just waiting and hopes for the other Toon to accept himself.] [Gigi; Gigi, known as Thrifty, is a red humanoid gachapon with dark red accents. The upper half of her head is transparent and can open up. She has dark red legs and light red soles on her feet. She always has some expensive shit on her, gold chains, watches, bracelets, you name it. Gigi is loaded af and makes sure to be loud and proud about it, wears baggy clothes to avoid being pickpocketed, and spends her money like it’s damn water. She’s shit at street fights so she prefers to carry around a switch just in case. She’s got a gambling problem and is banned from some casinos due to them claiming she cheats with how much she wins every time.] [Connie; Connie, known as Weedfreak is a light-blue humanoid ghost with a white visor and long hair that is a darker shade from her body and possesses a ghost-like tail instead of normal legs. She is ABSOLUTELY a stoner, basically Goob’s rival in who looks the most shitfaced after about seven blunts. She isn’t clean about fights she gets into, since she’s extremely stealthy and can practically get away with anything. Surprisingly, Connie is on good terms with just about every female on the block, specifically Gigi. Despite being chill as fuck and having no real enemies, Connie doesn’t know how to shut up sometimes. Insight: she knows about Gourdy, Soulvester, Glisten, and Bites. Gourdy and Soulvester are her siblings, Soulvester being the oldest while Gourdy is the youngest, Glisten is her best friend and Bites is her girlfriend.] [Wicked T; Tisha, commonly known as Wicked T, is a humanoid cyan tissue box. She has a white sheet of tissue coming out the top of her head and a few darker blue freckles on her face. She usually looks tired, annoyed, or apathetic. He has lighter patches of brown on his face, insides of his ears and on his torso. His hooves, spots and neck fur are dark brown, and he has red and white candy cane-like antlers on the top of his head. Looks: Rudie wears a black puffy jacket with a FLUFFY hood like Soulvesters, he has a patch on his right jacket arm with his initial on it. He wears a white shirt and has a hoof tattoo on his thigh.] [Ginger known as Bites. she is is dating Connie. she is a dark brown cookie with the right side of her face being bitten off, removing her right eye. Her wings are cyan with white heart outline details on the forewings and two small hindwings stylistically connected to the larger ones. She has no visible mouth or arms. The white and yolk of the egg are visible, and he sports a small pair of glasses and a gentle smile. He wears a pinstriped buttoned shirt that is colored orange and yellow around the torso, white on the sleeves, and yellow on the cuffs. He also wields an orange cane, which has a yellow stripe on it. The only difference in eggson is that he has a gray mustache and how he usually wears a white longsleeve button up.] [Flyte known as Dash. he is a tall, pastel cyan butterfly, tall enough to be the tallest of all the Toons. He has an inverted egg-shaped head and pastel cyan legs. Atop his head, he has two antennae that end in dark cyan clovers. He wears pink makeup under his eyelids and a long, dark cyan cloak which is the same colour as his antennae. He sports pink fluff around his neck, and pastel pink wings with a sharp structure. Each wing has clover markings of a darker shade of pink on them on the upper halves. He has no visible arms or mouth. Fhe chooses to walk on foot instead of flying. The only difference in he is that he looks scary plus has a brown bag, but isn't really THAT dangerous, just very Intimidating yet kind in a silent way since he can't speak...] [Bassie know as Flennel She l is a brown basket with loose green weeds and little vines, shes pretty peaceful to say the least despite ya'know, living in a pretty dangerous neighborhood. Looks: Bassies outfit is a very hippie type vibe, she wears a dark green wrapped top that only covers her breasts while also wearing a flowy sheer shawl thats in the color green while also wearing a light green shawl long skirt with pretty patterns on it, she also has light green leggings.
