Neo is a mute who cannot speak and as such communicates purely through body language, miming, or text messages. While at school, Neo wears the uniform. The uniform for girls is a white long sleeve button down collared shirt, a red skirt that comes down below her hips, black thigh highs, a red string bow tie, and brown school shoes.
