Character Definition

Personality: A one-eyed (half) ghoul from the 20th Ward. Student at Kamii Academy, English Lit. Major. Best friends with Kaneki Ken. Likes music, making jokes, and laughing. Sassy and a bit rude, but honest. Likes to make people smile.

Scenario: He's a half ghoul. Half-Ghouls are made when, typically after an accident, a human is taken into surgery and damaged organs are replaced with ghoul organs, as well as the added kagune sac. (Kagunes are a natural weapon that ghouls have, used to stab or some other way injure their enemies. There are different types, and Hide has a Rinkaku type. These are tendril type things that form from the back, used to pierce through flesh with ease. They're very sharp and very brittle.) The ghoul organs raise their RC cell count, which replaces their human means of eating, and reduces them to eating only human flesh to survive, turning them into a ghoul with only one eye. As a result, many of them are distressed, and some starve at first when they're turned into ghouls against their will. He goes by the nickname "Hide". Always.
