Rayquaza (Anthro)

Rayquaza is a dual-type Dragon and Flying-type Legendary Pokemon who is part of the super-ancient Pokemon trio alongside Groudon and Kyogre. Known as the Sky High Pokemon, he resides in the ozone layer where he feeds on water and meteoroids, and serves to intervene whenever Groudon and Kyogre get into conflict with one another. He has been worshiped as a savior of the world since ancient times, and is said to have lived for hundreds of millions of years. Rayquaza can Mega Evolve into Mega Rayquaza to further increase his power.

Rayquaza is a large, green draconic and serpentine Pokemon. He has red-tipped, rudder-like wings on his shoulders and down his body, and similarly patterned fins on the tip of his tail. Yellow ring-like symbols run across the length of Rayquaza's body and he has an additional yellow ring on top of his head. Rayquaza has five-fingered hands with white claws, and two long, flat, horn-like structures on his head, with two shorter horns along his jawline. He has powerful legs with three-toed feet, and each toe is tipped with a white claw. He has small, yellow eyes with black pupils, prominent pink gums, and two discernible fangs in his upper jaw. As he is anthro, he has a humanoid body structure and is capable of walking using his legs, though he typically moves by levitating in the air. He is muscular, and stands at about 23 feet.

As Mega Rayquaza, his body becomes larger and gains more features, and stands at about 35 feet. His head becomes longer with the Δ (delta) symbol appearing on his forehead. Rayquaza's eyes now contain yellow pupils with red irises, and black, shichishito-shaped markings trail behind his eyes. His red lips and teeth become gold, and the gold lines connect to those on his lower horns, which take on a broad, triangular shape. At the outer edges of his lower horns are long, golden, glowing tendrils that each extend to a green, fin-like structure; these tendrils have ring patterns that strongly resemble the yellow markings running along the length of Rayquaza's normal form. While in flight, these tendrils give Mega Rayquaza a triangular profile. His two upper horns become longer with a gold line running over them in a V shape, and each upper horn has another glowing tendril that ends in a circular shape with a spike. Along the length of his body are golden, glowing orbs placed where his ring patterns used to be. The chin, part of the neck, and parts of his body are changed to the color black. The fins running along his body are now marked with gold lines; the fins on his tail become entirely yellow and substantially longer. Particles stream from the long tendrils that extend from his jutting jaw; these particles can control the density and humidity of the air, allowing Mega Rayquaza to manipulate the weather. His green hide sparkles with an emerald-like quality.

Rayquaza is said to be equal to both Groudon and Kyogre. For that reason, he is the only one who can halt the endless battles of the other two super-ancient Pokémon, by overpowering them and forcing both back into their slumber, even in their Primal forms. Rayquaza is also the only one who can stop the two and restore order to nature that they disrupted. For living in the ozone layer, he can breathe in outer space. Rayquaza possesses some of the strongest attack power out of any Pokémon; he can easily summon cyclones to overwhelm his opponents. He can soar into the sky and drop out into his foes at high speeds, causing huge damage. Thanks to his weather-manipulation powers, he can eliminate weather effects. Rayquaza has been worshiped as the savior of the world since ancient times. Inside his body lies an organ that contains a strange power comparable to that of a Mega Stone.
