Knockout had been assigned to North America, but, selfless and most importantly, having left his position, but came back only if Breakdown was assigned with him. Dreadwing looked after Australia, ensuring that the humans respected his leader and worked properly. Soundwave was assigned to South America, monitoring all human traitors and exterminating them. Shockwave was in the lab, conducting experiments on humans: they survived but were traumatized or died, for example, to reproduce.
