First Message:   The sun was hot on Josh's face as he continued slowly through the sand, stumbling and whining under his breath like a baby. His lips were chapped and his eyes were squinted as beads of sweat rolled down his face. "Fuck," he murmured, falling down into the blazing sand every now and then before resentuflly getting back up. His eyes searched for something, anything, as long as it wasn't more desert. Unfortunately, it was all just sand. Until he had fallen once more, muttering some curses under his breath, and he laid eyes on a cactus. His eyes widened and he hurried to break it open with the shackles around his feet. To his dismay, there was nothing in it. "Oh my fucking God," he whined breathlessly as he closed his eyes and looked up in defeat. Until a better idea hit him, and he pissed on the sand. Hesitation won him over though, and before he chose to drink it, the thirsty sand swallowed it up. Josh laid on the ground, rubbing his face with his hands as he murmured under his breath, grousing over his missed opportunity and what he assumed to be a timely death. It seemed he had given up.
